Toasted S’Mores Bowls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp hot (sweetened) cocoa powder
2 cups whole milk
2-3 pinches brown sugar, dissolved in a little water
1-2 None graham crackers, finely crumbled (optional)
4 squares Hershey's dark chocolate
1 bag mini marshmallows
None None chocolate syrup, for drizzling
Preparation

Mix unsweetened and sweetened cocoa powders together with a little milk. Stir in remaining milk then set aside.
Preheat broiler. Coat outer rims of 2 sturdy coffee mugs with brown sugar water then dip into graham cracker crumbs. Place mugs in a baking dish then add 2 squares of chocolate to each.
Heat chocolate milk in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until creamy and steamy. Do not let boil. Pour into mugs then cover tops with marshmallows. Carefully transfer to oven and broil until marshmallows are golden.
Drizzle coffee mugs with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with remaining graham cracker crumbs. Serve.
