Chili Beef And Vegetables With Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 cup fish sauce
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp oyster sauce
    3 None fresh small red Thai chili peppers, finely chopped
    2 tsp brown sugar
    1 stalk (4 inches) fresh lemon grass, finely chopped
    1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
    1 lb beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
    1 lb thick rice noodles
    2 tsp peanut oil
    6 None green onions, trimmed and quartered
    5 oz snow peas
    12 oz baby bok choy
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Combine garlic, sauces, chili pepper, sugar, lemon grass and cilantro in large bowl. Add beef; turn to coat. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
    Place noodles in medium heatproof bowl; cover with boiling water. Let stand until just tender; drain.
    Heat oil in wok on high heat. Stir-fry beef mixture, in batches, until browned all over. Remove beef from wok. Add onions to wok; stir-fry until onions are lightly browned.
    Add snow peas, bok choy, tomatoes, noodles and beef mixture to wok; cook, stirring, until heated through.
    Serve sprinkled with additional cilantro leaves, if desired.
