Roasted Peaches With Vanilla And Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None white peaches, halved and pitted
    1 None vanilla bean
    2 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp butter, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Place the peaches, cut-side, up in a single layer, in a shallow baking dish.
    Using a sharp knife, split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape the seeds into a small saucepan. Add the bean, honey and lemon juice to pan and cook on low heat until the liquid is of a pourable consistency. Pour over the peaches. Sprinkle with butter pieces.
    Roast, uncovered, for about 30 mins, basting occasionally, until tender.
