Berry And Raisin Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 tbsp butter, chopped
    1 cup self-rising flour, sifted
    1 cup whole wheat self-rising flour, sifted
    3/4 cup 2% milk
    1/2 cup raisins, chopped
    2 tbsp mixed berry jam
    None None powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
    Cut butter into flour until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Add milk and raisins. Mix until dough just comes together. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth. Shape into a 10x8 inch rectangle. Spread jam over top, leaving a 3/4 inch border. Roll up firmly from the long side, wrap in parchment paper and twist ends to seal. Chill for 15 mins.
    Discard parchment. Cut roll into 12 slices. Place slices, cut-side up, side by side, on a greased baking tray. Bake for 10-12 mins, or until risen and golden. Let cool on tray. Dust with powdered sugar to serve.
