Cinnamon Brownie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (18 oz) boxes brownie mix, like Betty Crocker Supreme
    8 oz brown sugar and cinnamon cream cheese spread, like Philadelphia
    8 oz Cool Whip
    1/4 cup peanut butter
    1 cup hot fudge sauce, like Mrs. Richardson's, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line 2 - 9x9 inch baking pans with foil. Coat with cooking spray. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Divide batter evenly between pans and bake for 25 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool then remove foil.
    Meanwhile, in a mixer, beat together cream cheese, whipped cream and peanut butter for 20 seconds, or until smooth.
    Spread 1/2 the fudge sauce over 1 brownie layer. Chill for 15 mins, or until firm. Spread 1/2 the cream cheese mixture over fudge layer. Top with second brownie layer. Spread with fudge and chill for 15 mins. Transfer remaining cream cheese to a piping bag fit with a star tip and pipe rosettes over top of cake.
