Meringue Sticks - cooking recipe

2 None egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
2 oz semi-sweet chocolate

Preheat the oven to 300\u00b0F. Line 2 baking pans with parchment paper.
Beat egg whites in large bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add sugar, 1 tbsp at a time, beating well after each addition, until sugar has dissolved.
Spoon meringue into a piping bag fitted with a plain tip. Pipe 4 inch logs onto prepared pans.
Bake for 40 mins, until crisp and dry. Turn off oven and cool meringues in oven with door slightly ajar.
Melt chocolate and drizzle over meringue sticks. Let stand until chocolate is set.
