Smoked Salmon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz full-fat soft cheese
2 tbsp capers, rinsed and chopped
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1/2 None lemon, zested
2 tsp lemon juice
4 None tortilla wraps
1 lb smoked salmon
1/2 bunch watercress
Preparation

Combine cheese, capers, dill, lemon zest and juice. Season to taste. Spread over wraps then arrange salmon over top. Place watercress along 1 edge of wrap and roll up tightly. Cut into 6 pieces.
