Baked Tortellini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp oil
    2 None onions, peeled and diced
    1/3 lb chorizo, sliced
    1 None 15 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    2/3 lb frozen peas
    1 None 14.5 oz can of chopped tomatoes
    1 lb cheese-filled tortelloni
    2 oz mozzarella, grated
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F. Grease a baking dish. Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the onions and chorizo for 3 mins. Add the beans, peas and tomatoes and cook for 2 mins. Stir in the tortellini and season with black pepper. Spoon into the baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for 15 mins.
