Fruity Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None egg whites
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup flaked coconut
    2 tbsp flour
    2 cups air-popped popcorn
    1/2 cup finely chopped dried apricots
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 300\u00b0F. Grease and line 2 baking pans with parchment paper.
    Beat egg whites in small bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add sugar, beating until sugar dissolves. Transfer to large bowl; fold in coconut, sifted flour, then popcorn and apricots. Drop tablespoons of mixture about 2 inches apart on prepared pans.
    Bake about 20 mins. Cool in pans on wire rack.
