7 oz feta cheese
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1 loaf ciabatta bread, sliced 1/2-inch thick
1/4 cup olive oil, for brushing bread
2 tsp coarsely chopped fresh oregano leaves
Preparation

Preheat the broiler.
Pat cheese dry with paper towels. Place cheese on foil-lined baking pan. Brush top and sides with combined oil and paprika. Broil cheese until lightly browned.
Lightly brush both sides of bread slices with oil. Toast bread on heated oiled grill pan (or under broiler) until browned both sides.
Sprinkle warm cheese with oregano; serve with toasted bread.
