Limoncello Spritz - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 None lemons, juiced
    750 ml vodka (1 bottle)
    3 cups granulated sugar
    None None mineral water, white wine or sparkling wine, to serve
    None None lemon twists, for decoration
Preparation
    Mix the lemon juice and vodka. Cover and leave in a cool place for 4 days.
    After 4 days, place 3 2/3 cups water and the sugar in a large pot and heat until the sugar has dissolved. Leave to cool then stir into the lemon and vodka mix. Cover and leave in a cool place overnight.
    Pour into sterilized bottles and seal. Chill for at least 4 hours. Serve in chilled glasses topped with mineral water, white wine or sparkling wine and decorated with lemon twists. The limoncello will keep for about 1 month in the fridge.
