Baked Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lbs ground pork
    1/2 cup soft fresh breadcrumbs
    2 None eggs, lightly beaten
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
    1 jar (25 oz) tomato pasta sauce
    1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Place ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs and parsley in a large bowl. Using hands, mix well to combine. Shape mixture into 12 balls. Refrigerate for 15 mins.
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Heat a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meatballs; cook, turning, for 5-6 mins or until browned all over. Place pasta sauce in a small saucepan on medium heat. Bring to a boil. Transfer meatballs in a 6-cup baking dish. Pour sauce over meatballs; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
    Bake for 15 mins or until melted and bubbly.
