16 oz ricotta cheese
4 oz feta, crumbled
2 oz baby spinach leaves, finely shredded
1 bunch basil, finely shredded
2 None spring onions, thinly sliced
1 None lemon, zested
2 None sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed, halved lengthwise
None None chutney, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. For the filling, combine ricotta, feta, spinach, basil, onion and zest in a bowl. Season to taste.
To assemble, spread 1/4 of filling down one side of each pastry strip. Roll up tightly, pressing to seal. Cut each log into 4 pieces and place on baking sheet, seam-side down. Bake 25-30 mins, flipping once, until cooked through and golden. Serve warm, with chutney.
