Baked Strawberry Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup self-rising flour
    1 tbsp granulated sugar
    3 None eggs
    3/4 cup milk
    2 tbsp honey
    1 pint small strawberries, hulled
    None None Powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Mix flour and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Whisk eggs and milk in a medium bowl. Add to dry ingredients and whisk to form a smooth batter.
    Heat honey in a 9-inch ovenproof skillet on high heat until bubbling. Reduce heat to medium. Add batter and cook for 2 mins, until bottom sets. Press strawberries into batter.
    Bake for 10-12 mins, until batter is puffed and golden. Slide pancake onto a platter. Dust with powdered sugar. Cut into wedges and serve.
