Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz long grain white or brown rice
    3 tsp ground coriander
    3 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp mexican chili powder
    1/2 cup Bolognese sauce
    1 (15 oz) can red kidney beans, rinsed, drained
    1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped, a little reserved to garnish
    1 lb avocados, peeled, pitted, sliced
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package instructions until just tender.
    Meanwhile, dry toast spices until fragrant. Add bolognese sauce and beans. Cook, stirring, until hot. Add fresh cilantro.
    Serve chili con carne with rice and avocado. Garnish with reserved cilantro.
