Savory Heart Tarts - cooking recipe

4 sheets frozen puff pastry, partially thawed
5.25 oz red pepper, feta and cashew dip
1 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
1 oz cheese, grated
1/3 cup fresh basil, torn leaves
1 None egg, beaten
None None poppy seeds
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper. Cut 16 - 3 inch hearts out of puff pastry dough. Combine dip, cheeses and basil then spread 1 tbsp mixture over 8 hearts, leaving a 1/3 inch border around edges. Top with remaining pastry hearts, pinching edges to seal. Arrange hearts on tray and brush tops with egg. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake for 10-15 mins, until golden and puffy.
