Smoked Salmon Baguette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 tbsp mascarpone
2 tsp chives, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp dill, roughly chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
1 None baguette (about 8 inches long)
1 cup watercress
3 oz hot smoked salmon fillet, skin removed, flesh flaked
None None Lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation

Place mascarpone, chives, dill and lemon juice in a bowl; whisk to combine. Season to taste.
Slice baguette lengthways, leaving it joined along one side. Spread mascarpone mix over baguette. Top with watercress and salmon. Serve with lemon wedges.
