Ginger Chili Pork With Pears - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 None pork chops (about 10 oz each)
2 None small pears, unpeeled, halved
1 None medium red onion, cut into thin wedges
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
1 inch piece fresh root ginger, peeled, grated
2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation

Cook pork in heated oiled frying pan until cooked through. Remove from pan, cover to keep warm.
Cook pear halves and onion in same pan until browned. Add chili sauce, ginger and lemon juice and simmer for 2 mins.
Serve pork with pear and onion mixture and drizzle with sauce.
