Cowboy Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    2 None onions, chopped
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    1 (13.5 oz) can butter beans, drained
    None None cayenne pepper, to taste
    1 roll day old bread, soaked water, excess water squeezed out
    1 1/2 lb ground beef
    1 (13.5 oz) can sweet corn
    1 None egg
    1 1/4 lb frozen thick-cut French fries
    8 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped, a few leaves reserved for garnish
    1 pinch sweet paprika
Preparation
    Fry bacon for 4 mins, until crispy. Remove bacon and saute 1 onion in bacon fat. Add tomato paste and cook for 1 min, stirring. Add beans and 2/3 cup water. Bring to a boil and season. Add cayenne, to taste. Keep warm.
    Meanwhile, combine bread, ground beef, corn, remaining onion and egg. Season. Shape into 4 patties. Lightly grease a grill pan and grill patties for about 12 mins, or until cooked to your liking.
    Cook French fries according to package instructions. Remove from heat and season. Toss with parsley and paprika. Serve with burgers and bean mixture.
