Cinnamon Brandy Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tsp arrowroot starch
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brandy
1 tbsp butter
Preparation

Combine cinnamon, arrowroot starch and sugar in a small saucepan. Gradually stir in 1/2 cup water until smooth. Stir over medium-high heat until sauce boils and thickens. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 mins. Stir in brandy and butter until combined.
Serve hot.
