Ingredients

1 small pineapple (about 1 3/4 lbs), peeled, cored and thinly sliced
3 None passion fruits, pulp scooped out
2 tbsp rum
1/4 cup flaked coconut, lightly toasted
Preparation

Divide pineapple among 4 serving dishes. Top with with passion fruit pulp.
Drizzle with rum and sprinkle with coconut.
