Maple And Pistachio Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    1/3 cup olive oil
    7 cups rolled oats
    1 cup oat bran
    1/2 cup walnuts, chopped coarsely
    1/2 cup unsalted pistachios
    2 tbsp sesame seeds
    3/4 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup currants
    2/3 cup dried apricots, finely chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 275\u00b0F. Combine maple syrup and oil. Combine oats, bran, nuts and seeds then toss with syrup mixture. Spread evenly onto 2 shallow rimmed baking trays and bake for 35 mins, stirring occasionally. Add dried fruits and bake for another 5 mins, or until lightly browned.
    Remove from oven and let cool on trays. Pack into airtight jars or containers.
