White Bean Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz can cannellini beans, rinsed
    2 oz ground almonds
    2 tsp fresh lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, plus extra, for drizzling
Preparation
    Process beans, almonds, lemon juice and garlic in a food processor until smooth. With motor running, gradually add the olive oil until thick and creamy. Transfer mixture to a saucepan. Stir over low heat until warm. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Transfer to a serving dish. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with pepper to serve.
