Lemon Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
    2 tbsp grated lemon peel
    2 cups sugar
    6 None eggs
    2 1/2 cups flour
    1/4 cup self-rising flour
    3/4 cup sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease a deep 10-inch round cake pan and line bottom with parchment paper.
    Beat butter, lemon peel and sugar in a large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in half each of the combined sifted flours and sour cream. Stir in remaining flours and sour cream until smooth. Spread batter into prepared pan.
    Bake about 1 1/2 hours until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack. Dust with sifted powdered sugar before serving.
