Avocado And Prosciutto Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices prosciutto
    3.5 oz mixed greens
    1 None avocado, seeded, peeled, sliced
    10 None cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/4 cup basil leaves
    2 None scallions, sliced
    1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
    2 tsp sweet chili sauce
    2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Arrange prosciutto on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 5 minutes, until crisp. Allow to cool and break into pieces.
    Toss mixed greens and avocado in a serving dish. Mix in the tomatoes, basil and scallions.
    In a small bowl, whisk together lemon or lime juice and sweet chili sauce. Add the olive oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly. Season to taste. Drizzle over salad, top with prosciutto and serve.
