Piri-Piri Prawn Skewers - cooking recipe

24 None raw king prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
1/2 cup hot piri-piri sauce
None None baby romaine leaves, to serve
Preparation

Combine prawns and sauce in a bowl. Toss to coat in marinade. Thread prawns onto soaked skewers (3 prawns per skewer).
Preheat grill. Grill prawns skewers for 2-3 mins per side until cooked through. Arrange on a bed of lettuce.
