Steak With Chimichurri Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (1 lb) sirloin strip steaks
    1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
    1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
    1/2 None small onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp lemon zest
    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp sherry or red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Preheat grill. Season steaks then grill until cooked to your liking, turning once. Let rest for 5 mins.
    Meanwhile, in a food processor, pulse parsley, cilantro, onion, garlic and lemon zest. Season. With the motor running, drizzle in olive oil and lemon juice. Pulse until evenly chopped. Serve sauce over steaks.
