Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 1/2 lb ground beef
    1 None carrot, peeled and diced
    1 None large onion, peeled and diced
    4 tbsp tomato paste
    1/2 cup ketchup
    2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 2/3 cups beef stock
    2 tbsp all-purpose flour, mixed with 4 tbsp water
    2 1/4 lb potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1/3 cup 2% or whole milk
    5 1/2 tbsp butter
    None None grated nutmeg, to taste
    3 sprigs fresh parsley, finely chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Heat oil in a large frying pan, brown ground meat for 6 mins. Add carrot, onion and tomato paste. Cook for 2-3 mins. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and stock. Bring to a boil then simmer for 12 mins, stirring occasionally. Add flour mixture and simmer for 3 mins. Season then transfer to a baking dish.
    Meanwhile, cook potatoes in boiling water for 20 mins. Drain. Heat milk and butter in a small saucepan then add to potatoes and mash. Season and add nutmeg then spread over ground beef mixture. Bake for 40 mins. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
