Passionfruit And Lime Soufflés - cooking recipe

1 tbsp granulated sugar
2 1/2 cups vanilla custard
1 (6 oz) can passionfruit
1/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 None lime, zested
4 None egg whites
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F. Lightly coat 6 - 8 oz souffle dishes with oil. Arrange on a baking tray. Sprinkle evenly with sugar.
In a large bowl, combine custard, passionfruit, sugar and lime zest. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks then fold into custard mixture. Distribute between prepared dishes and bake for 10-15 mins, until puffed and golden brown. Serve immediately.
