Coconut Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup flaked coconut
    1 None fresh red chili pepper, chopped
    2 tsp ground coriander
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    2 tsp yellow mustard seeds
    1 pkg (1 lb) frozen petite green beans
Preparation
    Process coconut, chili pepper, coriander and salt in a small food processor until almost smooth.
    Heat oil in a large skillet on high heat. Add coconut mixture and mustard seeds; cook and stir for 1 min or until fragrant.
    Reduce heat to medium. Add frozen green beans and 1/4 cup water; cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 mins or until beans are heated. Serve.
