Monte Cristo Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread, crusts removed
    2 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 oz ham, chopped
    12 leaves baby spinach
    2 None eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1 1/2 tbsp butter
    None None tomato sauce, to serve
Preparation
    Arrange bread on a clean work surface. Sprinkle cheese over 1/2 of each slice. Top with ham and spinach. Brush edges with a little beaten egg then fold each slice over to form a triangle, pressing edges together to seal.
    Whisk together remaining egg and milk in a bowl. Heat butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Quickly dip triangles, 1 at a time, in egg mixture then cook for 2 mins per side, until lightly browned.
    Serve immediately with tomato sauce for dipping.
