Chorizo Cranberry Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None chorizo sausages, sliced on the bias
    2 (13.5 oz) cans borlotti (cranberry) beans, rinsed
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
    1 tbsp lemon zest
Preparation
    Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add chorizo and cook for 2 mins per side, or until lightly browned. Add beans and cook for 1 min, or until heated through. Remove from heat and add lemon juice and parsley. Season.
    Serve sprinkled with lemon zest.
