Pavlova Fruit Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 None large egg whites
1/2 cup granulated sugar, plus 2 tbsp
2 cups heavy cream, whipped
9 oz strawberries, halved
1 None kiwi, thinly sliced
1 None passion fruit, pulp scooped out
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease a 10x12 inch jelly roll pan and line base with parchment paper, extending paper 2 inches over long sides.
Whip egg whites to soft peaks. Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar, beating until sugar has dissolved. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 10 mins, or until lightly browned.
Sprinkle 2 tbsp sugar over a piece of parchment paper. Turn meringue out onto sugared paper and gently peel away used paper. Let cool for 2 mins then spread 1/3 of the whipped cream over top. Place strawberries and kiwi lengthwise along center then, using paper as a guide, roll meringue up firmly from long side. Cover and chill for 30 mins.
Trim ends then cover top of meringue roll with remaining whipped cream and decorate with passion fruit pulp. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
