Chocolate And Macadamia Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
    1 cup ground almonds
    1/2 cup flour, sifted
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
    6 None egg whites
    12 tbsp (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
    None None Powdered sugar for dusting
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
    Combine powdered sugar, ground almonds, flour and cocoa in a large bowl.
    Whisk egg whites in a separate bowl until foamy. Fold into dry ingredients with melted butter, mixing until just combined. Spoon into prepared pan. Sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake for 20-25 mins, until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on a wire rack. Dust top with powdered sugar.
