2 None prepared pizza crusts (10 inches each)
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup firmly packed fresh basil
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Place pizza crusts on baking pans. Sprinkle with garlic slices and cheese; drizzle with oil.
Bake about 10 mins or until crust is browned and crisp.
Meanwhile, for the pesto, blend or process basil, cheese, pine nuts and garlic until finely chopped. With motor running, add oil; process until combined.
Cut pizzas into thin wedges; serve with pesto.
