Lamb Chops With Hot And Sour Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 None lamb chops, trimmed
2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
2 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
1 None fresh long red chili, deseeded, finely chopped
1/2 None red cabbage, core removed, shredded
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, torn
Preparation

Preheat broiler. Brush lamb with 1 tbsp oil and cook for 3 mins per side for medium, or until cooked to your liking. Set aside.
Meanwhile, whisk together remaining oil, fish sauce, lime juice and chili. Add cabbage, cilantro and mint and toss to combine. Serve with lamb.
