Greek Penne Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz penne pasta
    9 oz feta cheese, cut into batons the same size as pasta
    27 oz medium tomatoes, deseeded, thinly sliced
    1 None cucumber, deseeded, thinly sliced
    1 None small red onion, thinly sliced
    4 oz pitted kalamata olives
    4 oz pitted large green olives
    None None FOR THE DRESSING
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/3 cup white wine vinegar
    1 tsp granulated sugar
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse under cold water until cool then drain.
    Combine cooled pasta with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
    Whisk together ingredients for salad dressing until emulsified. Season then pour over pasta salad and toss to combine.
