Chicken And Cheese Parcels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10.5 oz ground chicken
    6 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley, leaves chopped
    2 None eggs
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    4.5 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 16 pieces
    2 (18 oz) sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed, halved
    None None sweet chili sauce, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
    Combine ground chicken, parsley, 1 egg and flour. Season. Divide into 16 balls then stuff each with 1 piece mozzarella.
    On a floured work surface, roll out each portion of puff pastry into a 9 1/2 inch square. Cut each rolled portion into quarters (you should have 16 squares). Wrap each meatball in puff pastry. Whisk remaining egg then brush over parcels. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 15-20 mins, or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with chili sauce.
