Tuna, Bean And Basil Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in oil, drained, 2 tbsp oil reserved, flaked
    1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
    2 tbsp baby capers, drained and rinsed
    2 medium tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
    4 oz arugula
    2 tbsp small basil leaves
Preparation
    Combine onion and vinegar in large bowl; let stand for 10 mins.
    Add tuna, reserved oil, beans, capers and tomatoes to onion mixture; toss gently to combine.
    Divide arugula among serving plates. Top with tuna mixture and sprinkle with basil.
