Smoked Ham And Pear Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp honey
4 tbsp sunflower oil
2 None spring onions, sliced
3/4 lb baby lettuce mix
2 None pears, cored and cut into thin wedges
1/2 lb sliced smoked ham
None None rye bread, to serve
Preparation

In a bowl, whisk the vinegar, mustard and honey. Season with salt and black pepper. Gradually whisk in the oil. Stir in the spring onions.
Toss the lettuce, pears and ham in a bowl and drizzle with the dressing. Serve with rye bread.
