Toffee Chocolate Spoons - cooking recipe

1 cup sugar
4 oz milk chocolate, melted
None None Hot milk, to serve

Line 2 baking pans with parchment paper. Combine sugar and 1/2 cup water in small saucepan. Stir on medium heat, without boiling, until sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, without stirring, until toffee is golden brown. Remove from heat; let stand for 2 mins.
Spoon toffee onto prepared pans in 10 spoon shapes, about 5 inches long. Let stand at room temperature until set.
Dip toffee spoons into chocolate; return to pans. Let stand at room temperature until set.
Use spoons to stir mugs of hot milk to make hot chocolate.
