Shredded Vegetable Salad (Koshumbir) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 None mini cucumber, seeded and coarsely grated
    1 small carrot, coarsely grated
    1 None long green chili pepper, finely chopped
    1 piece (1 inch) fresh ginger, grated
    1/4 cup crushed roasted unsalted peanuts
    1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine onion, cucumber, carrot, chili pepper, ginger and nuts in small bowl.
    Stir in lemon juice just before serving.
