Green Tea And Honey Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1/4 cup honey
    1 None egg
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    3 tsp green tea powder
    1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
    None None chopped pistachios, to decorate
    None None freshly brewed green tea, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Lightly coat two 12-cup muffin pans with oil.
    Cream butter and sugar until pale. Add honey and egg, beating until combined. Sift in flour, baking powder, green tea powder and a pinch of salt. Mix until just combined. Distribute between muffin pans and bake for 20 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pans for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
    Combine powdered sugar with enough water to make a runny icing. Drizzle over cooled cupcakes and sprinkle with pistachios. Serve with a pot of freshly brewed green tea.
