Tex Mex Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
    3 None tomatoes, sliced
    2 None avocadoes, pit removed and diced
    14 oz can three bean mix, rinsed
    2 1/4 cup coarsely grated cheddar cheese
    3 1/2 oz tortilla chips
    1/2 cup store-bought chunky tomato salsa
    2 None spring onions, thinly sliced, diagonally
Preparation
    Place half the lettuce over the base of a large serving dish. Arrange tomato over lettuce to form an even layer. Repeat with avocado and beans. Top with remaining lettuce and cheese.
    Arrange half the chips over cheese. Top with spoonfuls of salsa. Sprinkle with onion. Serve salad with remaining chips.
