Black Bean Sausage Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb thick beef sausages
    1 None medium red pepper, deseeded, thickly sliced
    1 None medium red onion, thickly sliced
    6 oz snow peas
    1 tbsp black bean sauce
    1/4 cup beef stock
Preparation
    Cook sausages in boiling water until cooked through. Drain on paper towels. Slice thinly.
    Oil a wok and place over high heat. Stir-fry sausages until browned. Add pepper and onion. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender. Add snow peas, black bean sauce, beef stock and 2 tbsp water. Stir-fry until heated through.
    Serve.
