Brownies Baked In Flower Pots - cooking recipe

6 oz semi-sweet chocolate, broken into pieces
14 tbsp (1 3/4 sticks) butter, cut into pieces
1 1/4 cups flour
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup plus 2 tbsp granulated sugar
4 medium eggs, beaten
2-3 tbsp milk
2/3 cup raspberries
None None Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

Line 6 small (about 3/4 cup) new oven-proof clay flower pots with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Melt the chocolate and butter in a small saucepan on low heat, stirring frequently. Transfer to a large bowl and cool for 5 mins.
Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a bowl. Set aside. Whisk the sugar into the chocolate mixture then gradually beat in the eggs. Add the chocolate mixture and milk and mix well. Divide among the lined flower pots and place the pots on a baking sheet. Scatter the raspberries on top.
Bake for 35-40 mins or until top is set and center is slightly soft. Cool slightly on a wire rack. Sprinkle with the powdered sugar.
