Mint Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb potatoes, peeled, cut into large chunks
    3 1/2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp milk
    3 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a large pan of lightly salted water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 mins, until tender. Drain then mash with butter and milk until smooth and fluffy. Season. Fold in mint.
