Meatballs With Passion Fruit-Curry Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None bread roll, soaked in cold water
    300 g natural yoghurt
    100 g mayonnaise
    3-4 tbsp curry powder
    3 None ripe orange granadillas (passion fruit), halved and the flesh scraped out
    3 stalks parsley, chopped finely
    1 None onion, peeled and finely diced
    1 None egg
    500 g minced beef
    1 pinch paprika
    1-2 tsp red chilli paste (sambal oelek)
    3 tbsp oil
Preparation
    For the dip, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, curry powder and passion fruit flesh. Add milk to thin out, if desired. Season to taste.
    For the meatballs, mix the ground beef, soaked roll, onion, parsley, egg, paprika and chili paste. Season then shape into 20 meatballs. Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the meatballs for 7-8 mins, turning as necessary. Serve them with the dip.
