Raisin And Pecan Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup flour
    3/4 cup self-rising flour
    2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/4 cup chopped pecans
    3/4 cup milk
    1/3 cup canola or olive oil
    4 None egg whites
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    None None Powdered sugar and cocoa powder, for dusting
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with foil.
    Sift together flours and cocoa powder into a large bowl. Stir in sugar, raisins and pecans.
    Whisk milk, oil, egg whites and vanilla extract in medium bowl until combined. Mix lightly into dry ingredients. Spoon into prepared pan.
    Bake for 25-30 mins, until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 mins. Lift out of pan and cut into squares. Just before serving, dust with combined powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
