Creamy Smoked Salmon Tartlets - cooking recipe

3 sheets ready-rolled puff pastry
3 1/2 oz smoked salmon, chopped finely
2 None pickles, chopped finely
2 None spring onions, chopped finely
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp milk
2 None large eggs, beaten lightly
1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill
1/4 tsp hot paprika
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease twenty-four tart pans or shallow muffin cups. Cut twenty-four 2 1/2-inch rounds from pastry, place into pan.
Sprinkle salmon, pickles, and onion into pastry cases. Pour in combined sour cream, milk, egg, dill, and paprika. Bake for 30 mins. Serve hot.
